* Please do not email urgent
enquiries (e.g. if you need advice about an injured animal) as our email is not
monitored on a regular basis and may result in a day or two delay getting a
reply particularly at weekends. For all urgent enquiries please telephone 01386
882288 as this is manned 24 hours a day every day of the year.
The
opening hours for our reception desk at the hospital is 8am - 5pm seven days a week. Outside these hours we have an emergency call
out service via our main telephone number (01386 882288) or you can contact a member of
staff via the emergency phone on the outside of the hospital reception. If
you need more information about this centre please contact any of the staff
members on the contact details above.
Please note that due to the
stress and distress it could cause the sick and injured animals, apart from the
reception area, the wildlife
hospital at Beckford is not open to the public except by prior appointment.
